Unfortunately there is no way to prevent a miscarriage-most are due to chromosomal abnormalities and they can not be prevented. You could always ask your doctor to run tests and make sure there is nothing wrong with you physically that is making you miscarry.

I'm a pharmacist and when I was in school I had a 4 week clerkship at a pharmacy that compunded progesterone vaginal suppositories (they are not available comercially in the States.) Vaginal progesterone is FDA indicated for hormone deficient infertility, but I think also if you are progesterone deficient you will have a tendency to miscarry. Ask a fertility doctor about it, don't quote me, I'm not totally sure... Every decent size town will have a pharmacy that compounds progesterone suppositories...

first off you have to find the root cause thats leading you to miscarriage, could be something as simple as having lower progesterone levels and use can buy progesterone cream at a health store and take that after ovuation to the start of your period, you can even take it for the first three months of pregnancy and after that it's not needed because at that point the placenta takes over and starts to release a significant amount of progesterone and that is what you need to carry a baby. It could also be PCOS many women with PCOS who get pregnant loose their babies also due to low progesterone and if thats the case you can ask your doctor for some metformin. hope i helped you out a little bit

First you need to go to the doctor and find out why you are having problems. Maybe if you give yourself time off from trying to get pregnant it will give your body time to heal and than you can try again. If you want a baby real bad go to the doctor and get checked out, if you know why you are miscarrying maybe you can do something to keep it from happening again. Good luck.

Do a little research on Red Raspberry Leaf tea, talk to the staff at an herb shop or health food store.

You need to go to a GYN and have a complete physical. He'll be able to answer all your questions, he's the Professional. Plus, don't forget to have a mammogram too. Best of Luck to You!
