i saw it late one night on bbc 2. it's about 40 minuites long, black& white and with very few words. it's about tornados, or more specifically, a woman hoping for liberation by throwing herself into a hurricane. which is obviously meant as a metaphor, but i need to see it again. what i realy want to know is how can i see/get it? q. tarantino plays the voice of panhandle sam in it. it was made by secondary modern film productions, who no longer exist and was released in 1994 yet the b.f.i. national archive has no record of it...... you'd like it.

I inherrited an IRA from my mothr around 8 years ago and I want to use the funds to help buy my first apartment. I have heard that if I take money out of it I have to pay income taxes. Can I transfer it to an overseas account and avoid paying the taxes. THere really is not a lot of money there, but every dollar helps.
I am an American living in a foreign country.

It was -10F today, I left a half a bottle of water in my car. I thought it would freeze and be OK because it was half gone. After work, I picked up the bottle from the cup holder and looked at it and it was liquid, I thought how strange-it's been very cold. And all of a sudden it formed ice crystals and was frozen. Explain please!

with medical and university research equipment, do you think it is possible to create an artificial pimple for testing purposes? (not on a human body.. perhaps fake skin? or some gigantic structure that resembles a gigantic pimple?)
