my cousin has a lawsuit against viodox[class action] for 1 million will he win?

Usually the only people that really win with class action suits are the lawyers. By the time they get their "percentage" which is around a third of the settlement, and then the rest is divvied up among the usually many thousands of participants in the lawsuit, you wind up getting a couple bucks. I remember I was part of a Netflix lawsuit and we "won" and I think it was an extra video for a month or something, hardly enough to buy a house or take a vacation!!!

I'm sure someone will be along who can answer this beter than I, but - A class Action Suit means that LOTS of people are involved in suing this company - The chance your cousin gets an actual monetary award of any significance is fairly slim.

I am not familiar with that medicine...but if he keeps on fighting he may just win..why does he have a suit against them?
