Where is this school? Every Brazilian I have ever met took an average of 10 years training 2x a day 5 days a week. Never in Brazil could you get a black belt in 3 years. A purple belt maybe. I find it hilarious that in other martial arts you get a black belt in 3 years. I guess that why the majority people feel most black belts are meaningless if it only takes 3 years to get it. For me martial art is a constant growth and ascencion for your whole life time. At our academy we offer training 5 days a week and 3 times a day. The classes are 2 hours long. If you would like to challenge this idea you need to state the location of the academy where you can get a black belt in 3 years(I know it's not in Brazil) or if you know anyone who has gotten in one in such a short time. I appreciate all the great answers. Aloha.

I am 23 years old, 6'0" and weigh 215 pounds and want to get down to 200. I lift and do cardio regularly and have a good balance diet. I want to start take createne to add more muscle, but don't wan't to put on more weight. What do u think I should do.

I can start the car once fine but then when i go to switch it off and turn it back on the starter keeps turning even with the ignition turned off if i pull the batter cables it quits but as soon as i touch a cable to a battery post it starts turning over again im at a loss becuase it keeps doing this even with the ignition off and the clutch disengaged ++if anyone has info on a low milage 87 H.O. motor for sale in the green bay wisconsin area i would like to know preferably not modified++

Here is a story .I hired a guy to cut down a tree in my backyard The tree fell down on my garage and destroyed my garage and its' content.The guy ran away and disappeared.I put a claim on it and adjuster came up to estimate the scale of peril.He tried to pretend He is very nice guy and wants to help me out He said if you give us any clue about the tree guy we would wave your deduct ale from your claim I looked up everywhere but I couldn't find out his business card The only thing I got was his cell phone number after a while adjuster tried to locate him but He couldn't and he said I am sorry We MUST deduct from you claim -(if I had his name and address and They still couldn't get the money from the guy in that case Should they deduct that portion of my policy or since I gave them the contact number and his first name I MUST be fine and the 1000 shoud'nt deduct from my policy?)

I am in 10th grade (I got pushed up into a grade higher) and I am planning to go back to do 10th grade again because I am going to Public High School instead of my alternative school which does Online classes. My sister tells me different things about SAT, AP Tests, and volunteering for things because it looks good and transcripts, and all this stuff is confusing me. How do I get through High School, make my transcripts look good, and go to a top college/university? And will I be able to go back to do 10th grade again cause wouldn't that look bad on my transcripts and will there be any way to erase it?

i went to two different dermatologists in the course of 3 years to get rid of my acne. i have VERY sensitive skin and the topicals irritated my skin. my skin got worse and more irritated. i went on birth control and many antibiotics. both of the doctors told me i had one last resort: accutane. i dont want to take accutane and i have no plans to take it. i also did the photodynamic therapy about 3 months ago. my skin used to be very oily, now it is very dry! i dont want to do the photodynamic therapy again because of this.

i havent been on any medication or topicals for about 3 months. i like it this way. i like not having to apply irriating/stinging creams on my skin. my skin is still breaking out but less than before. however, i have many pigmentation scars that are prominent. what do you guys think i should do about that?

my dad told me to go back to the derm but i dont want to do that. i know they will tell me the same thing: accutane or laser. what should i do about that?
