She's loud and overbearing. I think she doesn't have a original part to her body that she hasn't had plastic surgery on. I believe she thinks she's the first super model but I beg to differ. The only thing that means anything to her besides herself is her kids. I'm sure growing up with a Mom like that will have them in therapy for years to come but since she's a successful model she can afford it................

Very loud and contradicting. She is trying to be like Donald Trump, but in the model industry... and it isn't doing anything for her career. Tyra Banks is way better, and more professional than jannice will ever be. Jannice has no class at all.

She is a bloody good agent! From watching the show you can see she has the best interest of her models at heart. She is very protective of them, and does not want them to make the wrong career choices.
However, I think she overexagerrates her personality for the show. She comes across as brash and overbearing, which I think is especially designed for rating purposes. It makes her show unwatchable for anything longer than 10 minutes.

I think she is very hyper,and can be cocky.But she didn't get to the top of the corporate ladder by being nice.She is very intelligent.
