how i start a company of real state who build buildings?

First buy a Estate and named it like "REAL" Now it is called Real Estate and Only building will be build by Engineer

Very interesting!

First you need to have plenty of capital to start operating in real estate sector. Additionally you need to have lots of connections in financial world to procure vast sums as loans whenever you need them. Money is important to purchase the lands, plots, FSI et al on which you will build houses, offices etc.

You need to have and cultivate good network to know before others about the lands, plots that may be available / likely to be available for sale so that you can move in first and fast and purchase them.

You also need a network of people who will be able to sell off the properties you may be developing. You need confident and quality marketing people. Else your capital and working capital will be locked in for longer durations which adds to the costs of funds.

If you are confident of these aspects of the real estate business all other things can be wait / arranged. Like you may either start a proprietory business which doesn't require lots of documentation or you may float a private limited company which requires assistance from a CA or CS.
