Ask her out right away, pick up the phone and call her. There is only one life man, do whatever you want to do and don't regret.
But about Valentine Day, think it's too soon to say so, ask her out on the other day first before going into valentines. All the best!

you should totally ask her out as soon as possible. i would recommend something light, since you don't know her well, maybe out for coffee after class, or to lunch. that way you don't have the stress of an actual "date" right now, but it opens you up for going on a real date. you'll get to know her a little bit better. also, totally stay away from the whole valentines day. if you do happen to go out on or like the day before on an actual date, you should bring her 1 or 2 single flowers (not roses or carnations--they are CLICHE!) good luck!

Totally take her out for Valentine's Day! I think that is very sweet! My only advice to you is make it very light! Nothing too romantic or aggressive, like the two of you alone on a beach at night, or someplace where she may feel uncomfortable. Just take her to a movie or somewhere like that, maybe hang out with some friends, feed her, (something simple, like pizza), and just have a light, casual date. No Valentine's gifts!

Theres no rule to how long..Just follow your gut. If you get the vibe from her that she's interested then go for it....About Valentine's day, I really wouldnt try and go out with her for that holiday. I think thats reserved for people who have been dating longer and in a relationship. Not someone you just met...Good luck....

It's never too early or late to ask someone out. If you are interested, by all means....go for it. What are you waiting for? You don't want someone to beat you to the punch, do you? Valentine's Day would be a really romantic and perfect day for a date. She won't forget it!!!! Plan something special and nice.

Yes, ask her Thursday. Think of something really fun first. Look in the paper. Smile a lot over the next couple of days. Good luck.

Its never too soon to ask a member of the opposite sex out. When you feel that you are interested in the other person ask, you never know when things could change and you not have the chance...if you don't ask her somebody else will. Take it from my personal experience. Life is short take a chance...besides all she can do is say "no" right??

Ask her out tomorrow, don't wait for V day. If the first date goes great THEN ask her out for V day and do something really nice.
