With so many stupid people having so many children, do you think that some sort of licensing requirement should be imposed to have children.
What should the requirements be?
An IQ test? Proof of financial responsibility? Minimum educational requirements? etc etc.
What should the punishment be for having a child without a license?

In my school, there is a multiple choice English language proficiency test which puts you in any of six levels-one is the lowest, six is the highest. It has 30 questions with 4 multiple-choice answers for each. If you get a score of '7' out of 30, you are placed in level two. What is the chance of getting a '7' if you just fill in the answers randomly? And of 100 students who filled it in randomly, how many could be expected to get a '7' or higher?

we just got a computer and my husband got a web cam for it. should i be worried that hell be tempted to go to sites he shouldnt or talk to girls he knows he shouldnt? weve been married 13 yrs now and he always says i can trust him but he never tells me stuff i allways find out things on my own, cause he forgot to tell me or etc.im afraid he will start cheating over the internet. am i crazy for thinking this? or should i just trust him?

I did make $75,000 on the sale but the first house was sold for less than I bought it for. I also refinanced my mortgage and pulled out $33,000 cash (of course has to be paid back) Is all this considered income when doing my taxes? Money from home, money from cash out loan??? I have used the cash for living expenses. I am 55 and in the process of filing disability, if that matters.

When you are in love do you see flaws in your mate?
My boyfriend mentioned to me the other day that I have acne and if my hair was real. He also pointed out that my right eye was bigger than the left. When he asked of his flaws and said I did not see any. I don't think he was trying to be mean but I dont know. I told him that my last boyfriend said he cheated on me be the other woman did not have skin like mine. He said that I should be more witty and funny because he says that I only talk about a limited number of things? I feel like he is comparing me to something and it made me feel bad even though I don't think he was trying to hurt my feelings. Why did he say these things? I have two rats, and they don't pee when I let them out, or anything, but instead of peeing inside the cage they go up to the top level of their cage and pee so it goes outside the cage. Its really gross. I have plastic under the cage so my floor dosn't get hurt, but its still really gross. How do I get them to stop?

This guy who I know and once cared for has caused me so much disappointments and hurt and he is so clueless of that fact. I can't ask him serious questions cause he just ignores me and is very secretive. I can just stop contact with others but with him I am having a hard time doing it. I served in the early 90's durning the Clinton term when they were focusing on miltary cut backs. I remember having to swear an Oath stating about "Serving my country" I am all for serving "OUR" country and couldn't give a rats back side about any other country and what they do, if "OUR" country was under attack at all times I was willing to put my life on the line for "OUR" country. With that thought in mind, if we were to mind our own business, stop wasting billions upon billions of dollars aiding other countries, and focused soley on "OUR" country what would the outcome be? Im sure that we have enough people with smarts, in a day of technology, in the US that can make up the things we have imported from other countries. If we built a wall all around the US and just focused on the US only, wouldn't that, reduce the price of everything, make us more "United", stop the numbers of deaths fighting a war, and make "OUR" country more at ease? Or would it make us more prown to attacks?

Had a local shop work on my engine and apparently they didn't replace a spark plug correctly. It popped out of the engine and I found it sitting on top of the engine next to the oil cover. My socket set has a 3" extension, but apparently it's not long enough for the spark plug shaft. What length of socket extension would be best? Thanks.

About 2 months ago I brought in a stray cat. He's the nicest cat ever, which makes me think he had owners but that they maybe left him behind when they moved. My parents had him neutered and the same day he also took a feline leukemia shot. My mom said that if he had feline leukemia he would have died or atleast gotten very sick from the shot. Is that true? Now he has a cold and I gave him medicine twice (It only took one dose for our other cats to completely recover from the same cold) and he is still sneezing and his nose is a little congested (I can tell when he breathes). He's a little better now though, his nose and eyes aren't running, but my mom thinks he has feline leukemia since it is taking him a long time to recover. He acts normal, he plays with things and he also eats and drinks normally. We don't have enough money to take him to the vet. :( Could he possibly have feline leukemia?

i started out weighing around 110-111 lbs.

about 3 or 4 months ago i started running on my treadmill, stopped eating fast food, didn't eat anything with tons of carbs or fats, ate less, drank more water, etc and i've only lost about 2-3 lbs.

i've only been losing a pound a month. shouldn't i be losing about a pound a week? what am i doing wrong? what else can i do to quicken weight loss?

btw, i'm 5'1.
