To start off... I'm 16, 5'11, and I weight 120 (at best). My whole family is very thin, so I know that it's more of a genetic thing, my mom was really skinny when she was a teen, and my dad was probably even skinnier than me. I never stay without eating, in fact, I eat a lot. Many people say that the best thing to do is exercise regularly, but I'm afraid I'll lose even more weight. I'm a very good runner, and I enjoy running, but people have also told me to stop running cuz that's what people do to LOSE weight. Should I just stop worrying, because this is how I'm built and there's not much that I can do? Any Advice plz??!! thanks!
