Hello - Honestly the questions U get here r 2 much. No condom is 100% efectiv. Lecture warning: If U r not married & teen U r not safe to have sex. Rubber may break, bust etc don't trust w/ draw either. Consider real risk possible pregnancy. There is risk of getting hurt in real ways. Ready 4 that?

1) Go on birth control for at least a month before you have unprotected sex.

2) Do you know this guy? Is he a TRUE virgin? How many girls have slept with him? Has he been tested for any STDs? If you don't any of these questions, you need to find out. Now.

Let's say he slept with Brittany and Jane and then you. You all of a sudden can get the same STDs that Brittany and Jane got from their past sexual partners.

3) USE A CONDOM!

--You're too young to get a STD
--You're too young to get pregnant and the pull out method DOES NOT work. Anyone who says it does work is a complete idiot playing with fire
--Get the pill.

I'll be the first to admit that sex IS better without a condom, but you know what? If it means I won't get pregnant or get AIDS, I'm going to stick with the condom.

Ok....lets start with condoms. Condoms are only 85% effective so if you are going to have sex he should use a condom and you should get one of those feminine condoms. Now.....even if he takes it out before he cums there is still a risk of getting pregnant, because he might forget, or it could get on the bed. So if you are going to have sex i would go with the first option. Well, it's up to you know so.....think bout it ;)

The answer is no. Before a man has an orgasm, he can *** its called pre-***. He doesn't even know it. That *** can have sperm in it. Either use condoms or get on the pill.

It lessens your chances of getting pregnant but I'd use a condom if you aren't on birth control. If you refuse to use a condom, some other products that lessen the chance even more are spermicides.

As a teen, you seriously need to know A LOT more about sex before you engage in it. From your question, it is clear that you don't know enough to keep yourself safe. Please, do educate yourself on all aspects of sex (such as pregnancy, STD's, etc.).

If I were you I wouldnt risk it... even if he pulls out before... theres pre-ejaculation which has sperm... I would not recommend having him put it in without a condom at all.. even after he has already finished

thats definitely not safe. you should use a condom all the time every time because the whole time you are having sex he is emitting "pre ***" which has sperm in it.
so just use a condom, its totally worth it. =]
