I was in study hall doing my biology homework and he was 5 feet away from me and staring at me. His friend said are you staring at her ? He said shh.
Then his friend said shh. so i don't know if he likes me or if he just joking around.

Honey: It is hard to tell. He could be shy, but you can do something about it. Next time that you see him just smile really big and say "hi." If he responds with a big smile then he likes you.
If you want him to ask you out then you need to greet him every time that you see him and talk about the weather or something. He will ask you out soon enough.

Hmm....i think he was checking you out, he admires you. If he isn't much of a talker, you should talk to him to make him feel like he has a chance to go out with you, and like you even more. (I now from experience, lol)

Well first of all if you don't like him then you don't have anything to worry about. If you like him....well you should be able to tell if they were trying to get you to hear or if they were being for real.

If he was smiling then YES he does.
ask him if he was looking at you. say you just want to know becuase "someone you know was lookng at him" say it lol he will tell u the truth!
