I have this coworker who is in her late 40's. My problem is that whenever she doesn't have anything to do, she comes up to my desk and starts talking about anything that pops into her head. She even tells me about her bodily functions, like when she has to use the bathroom and stuff like her food has gone straight through her, it gets pretty graphic and disgusting. If I am doing something, she will stand at the side of my desk and watch me, making all kinds of sighing sounds and yawning. Its very annoying and unprofessional. I am the receptionist and she still stands at my desk when the phone rings or even when someone walks in. I try to be nice and answer questions when she asks, but most of the time I am ignoring her and she still stays up here. Can someone please tell me how to nicely tell her to go back to her desk and leave me alone? Thanks

i wanna know what you think about these things based on sound quality and how it looks.....

a.the really big kind for example senheiser hd-485(the senheiser spelling is wrong but hopefully i was close enough )

b.the small kind the ones most commonly used in handphones(nokia)

c.i'm not sure bout this one but its like a bluetooth headphone,it has the clip thing that goes behind the ear and its not wireless the outer part is usually round not like the bluetooth headphones un-usual design

I was in a car accident almost three months ago. It was my fault since i did hit the other car from behind. The guy told me his car was good and only had a couple of scratches in his car...and i offered to pay for it so it wouldnt go to the insurance. He told me he will call me the next day..but only called me one month later saying it will cost 800 cuz the car bumper was damaged and needed a new one. I then took him my auto body shop guy and he told me he will only charge 400. He didn't call for another while and now called 3 months after the accidnet to ask how i wanted to take care of the situation. I told him I'll pay if he wants to go to my auto body shop if not i won't pay. Should i just take this to the insurance...will they even accept his claim after 3 months. Will my premium go up? Advice?

i just got a bf, i like him a lot but my parents dont, my mom is now being a complete b*tch with me like yells at me for anything, im always wrong, i do everything bad and she doesnt let me even go out like i did before... and i want then to accpet him... the reason that they dont like him is cuz he is isnt 100% white, he has tanned skin... (my mom is very racist, everyone in thsi country is) what can i do so my mom accepts him and leaves me alone and me not breaking up with him....?... talking doesnt work....

I have helluve time understanding what the associates are up to. When you ask them to explain, they say they too, do not know what the acronym stands for but know what needs to be done.

What is the point of using acronyms if we can hardly understand what they are trying to say ?
Are they power word crazy or just plain lazy to say it in full ?

We are going in April and staying there for 3 days before heading to the Galapagos, then staying another 3 days after coming back. Is it safe to wander around during the day - any places you suggest we see locally (other than the market - we've been told about it). Any sightseeing trips you might suggest?

When we first got married, I was the only one who had a checking account, but I ended up putting him on mine. Well, I soon discovered how poorly he managed money, because every month we had alot less in the bank, than my checkbook register showed. I would sit for hours trying to rebalance my register, and every month I would discover that he had been using his debit card and not writing down the purchases in the check book and loosing the receipts. This habit caused us to overdraft our account more than once. Even after I took him off my account and made him get his own, he kept doing it. I can't tell you how many times we have fought and argued over him doing this. He was giving me at least 1/2 his paycheck to pay bills, but he was still overdrawing his account, so when he would go to cash his paycheck and get me the cash, the bank would first take out whatever amount he was overdrawn. He has been out of work on medical leave for 4 months, and just went back. I want to start fresh.

I have heard after women have a tubal ligation and they know they can no longer have children they loose intrest in having sex... Is this true? Ok I havee a few questions:

1. My first live bearer to give birth was last Thursday. (She is a mickeymouse platie) Ever since she gave birth she seems to not be feeling well. Her top fin has stayed low most of the time like shes not feeling well still or upset. Her color seems a tiny bit off but I am not sure. Maybe a tiny bit blotchy. She hides more then the others. But she dose come out.

2. My black mollie had 17 babies yesturday. Since my first gave birth in the community tank before I figured it out I am not sure how many she had. Ive only found about 7. (some proubly got eaten) But this is my question: I've read they usaully have more like 30-40. I put her back in the community this morning thinking shes had all shes going to have. Is it common to hold some and have a few more in the next days?

3. how do you get the babies out of those net breeding boxes with out squshing them? 4. it seems they poop alot right before birth. Is this a coincadance or a signal?
