about two nights ago, i woke up and my arm was just NUMB. i figured i slept on it because it felt like rubber ! (this is just my lower left arm). recently i have had a bit of chest pain on the left, and strain really, which has gotten better. but now i have this. i carry a backpack everyday, and it can get heavy fromt textbooks. right now, its only my left lower arm thats getting numb. and last night it was a trauma to get to sleep because of it. i dont have any severe pain, just the tingling. and anything cold against it feels wet. i don't know if its a pinched nerve, and my mother is hesitant to take me to the hospital, what should i do ?!

I have a HUGE problem, i got male/female twin kittens for my daughter for her birthday, and I had every intention of having them fixed before any ummmm mistakes could happen, but i misjudged how long i had to do that... its too late i caught them. Im really worried , bubbles ( the female) seems too young, too small... i had no idea they mated so early. theyre under 10 months old... i guess thats almost a year, but i still see kitten, i had no idea they were near this stage.

What is the worst senerio here, i dont imagine theres anything i can do now??? :( I so didnt want this to happen. We have an adult male who is fixed, and i dont know, they seem so tiny compared to him, Are they mating early??? Im dont know if im more shocked or more bummed out, Its not that i dont love kittens, its just, im worried something could be seriously wrong, like two headed kittens.

I'm asking this one more time with a bit of clarity. Last time people argued one is intentional and the other is unintentional. Please note UNINTENTIONAL manslaughter as the criminal charge and its relation to that of INTENTIONAL murder. Each has different elements.
If you argue miscarriage isn't unintentional manslaughter because it is unintentional - you can't read.
We now have punishment for the crime of unintentional manslaughter. If you miscarry, you unintentionally disallowed the embryo/fetus to continue to birth.
If you want to go much deeper, one person said 60 to 80% of naturally conceived embryos are naturally flushed during menstruation. If that is okay - does only intent matter? If so, why is it okay to punish someone who was driving so carelessly that he or she could not stop in time to avoid UNINTENTIONALLY running someone over? If it is okay to punish him, then why is it not okay to punish someone who ate fish when pregnant and had a miscarriage?

i have been diagnosed with pomphylix eczema (ten years ago). The most recent flare up has lasted for about 7 months now, and its driving me crazy. Does anyone out there know of any treatment i could try? I am desperate and would try pretty much anything. I think i have exhausted all the creams and lotions route, and none of them work for me. In spite of years of efforts, talking, therapy, begging, visits to the doctor for hormone level checks, and all the attention she could hope for, my wife only will give up sex for me, at best, 3 times a month. I am made to feel like she is doing me some huge favor and I am unreasonable in asking for anything more than her telling me to "hurry up" and "don't waste time trying to make me come".

We used to be a 10 times a week and orgasms-a-plenty couple. She isn't cheating on me. I have checked up very thoroughly on her.

We find ourselves at this point: she has pretty much lost all interest in sex and has no interest in trying to bring it back. She also finds it offensive if I get off on internet porn or even "take care of myself" in the shower. She will try and catch me in the act in the morning and yell at me.

I love her in every other way. Our kids are 14 and 15. I don't want to leave her but my choices are: cheat, divorce, or be miserable forever.
Which one???

I work second shift 4PM to midnight. My husband is home with our 4 children, ages 8-15. Every night my house looks like its been trashed. No one will put anything away, dishes are left with food stuck to them. I have tried "striking" but they are content to live like pigs. I clean a school, I do not feel like doing a major overhaul to my house [every night] after 8 hours of cleaning.

I have begged, pleaded, given positive feed back, etc to no avail.

I am considering applying for a home equity loan. In order to get the money I need, my house would need to be assessed at a higher value than it currently is because I have very little equity in the house. However, I have made many major capital improvements, so this won't be a problem. If the bank's assessor assesses the property at a higher value, will my house be subject to higher property taxes? I live in NY, so the property taxes are the highest in the country, and this would be a major problem.

I have considered and researched other alternatives to a home equity loan, so I just need to find the answer to this question. I can't seem to find it on the Internet, and I have asked two mortgage people...and they don't even know.

I see people like willy nelson, who looks healthy as ever. Since I have started smoking marijuana, I have found the intellectual side of me come out. How is smoking marijuana to "feel good" every day any different than taking wellbutrin or prozac to make sure you are not moody? Is it because marijuana can be grown too easily therefore avoiding a tax? Something tells me there is more to it than whats at the surface. If our minds are so eaily made up by propagnda like "reefer madness" , there is no telling what we are capable of believing on TV. I would be intrested in hearing both sides of this argument.
