Monday is my court date for careless driving in NJ. It was not a mandatory court appearance but I want to get the points deducted. It was 1:30 in the morning when I recieved my ticket...i was getting out of work. I don't have much money right now since i pay for college tution. Is it possible to ask the court to dismiss the ticket if i am willing to do community service. Also, should i bring a letter from work stating i was leaving work. Im 18 and can't afford my insurance premiums go up. Any ideas. I still don't know what I did wrong, the cop pulled me over for speeding but he didn't clock how fast I was going so he gave me a careless driving ticket...that doesn't matter right now...my problem is trying to dismiss the ticket or get rid of the point without paying a hefty fine. Never heard of community serivce for a traffic vioaltion but is it possible.

The seperation was due to several factors but the main one was infedelity on my part, I was honest with her when it happend and it was a stupid mistake. I truly love her and am willing to do what ever is necc. to show her that. We have two kids, one lives w/me and one w/her. We still talk and we both still love each other but there is a lot of pain on both our parts to over come.

My husband and I have always seen to it that our son has the best that we can provide. We don't leave him with sitters all of the time, and he does very well in school. He's got a roof over his head, food to eat, and more importantly, he's got a family who loves him. That's the way that it should be. By the way, he's eight.

My husband and I have tried for two years to get pregnant, and we are finally six months pregnant with a daughter. Ever since my mother has found out that it's going to be a girl, she's been taking low blows at me, telling me that she hopes I'll have a miscarriage, that I don't deserve another child, and that we're terrible parents.

To make things MORE complicated, though, for the past four years, SHE'S picked up our son after school (she volunteered for this, and we thought that it would be okay until now) due to the fact that my husband and I don't get off of work in time to get there before the after-school program closes.
