I heard they don't go to heaven because air traffic control won't let them land due to overpopulation of flying angels.

BAD folks go to heaven iffin' they tell St. Peter they are sorry.
EVIL folks on the other hand can NOT go to heaven. They have to go down wit da devil and get burned up and stuff BUT sometimes they get wise to that before they get there and they sneak away and their evil spirits roam the earth cause St. Peter sure as heck ain't lettin' 'em in - and they are hidin' from the devil sooooooooooo they roam around the earth in disguise. Sometimes they are rocks we trip over or bosses that won't give us Fridays off or rancid hamburgers that give us food poisening or mother-n-laws who make our life miserable or monkeys who throw poop at us at the zoo - they're out there Bubbles. NOT in heaven and not in hell - but they walk among us...well evil ones...like I said - just ordinary run of the mill bad people can still get into heaven - if they say "sorry".
