They say there are like 10,000 people at each city...or more and there are 3 judges. If auditions are about 5 minutes long, you can get maybe 10-12 people in an hour. That makes about 100-120 people in an 8-12hrs. day. How do they cut people? Do they have other judges or other hoops they have to go through first?

My dad never told me about the glass ceiling...actually, he probably never knew it exsisted. I hit it in my early thirties, and I hit it hard. No, not hard enough to break thru, just hard enough to remind me that it was still there. Is it still there? How do you overcome it? Is it diminishing with time and with the growth of women in the workforce? Do some industries have tougher ceilings than others?

My parents are headed to central Florida for a few days and I want to help them choose a park and manage the day with their aging and aching knees. What would you suggest?
