Find an alteration shop. The cost for south Georgia is very minimal. I get jeans shortened and hemmed for $4.00 per pair. A zipper shouldn't be much more.

go to the nearest cleaners or seamstress. sometimes laundry mats do it to . for both i would say 15.00. 8 for zipper and 7 for length.
