A good job. I am sure you have to deal with chemicals. Are the chemicals safe nowadays? I thought I heard some people say they could cause things like cancer or other illnesses.

I put ear plugs in to help me sleep and I stuck one in too far. I had trouble getting it out. Now my ear and most of my jaw really hurt. I am also feeling dizzy and as if the room is spinning. Can it really be caused by the ear plugs?

Can anybody give me tips on going from a regular omnivorous diet to a vegan or vegetarian diet? I live with my grandma who loves to cook eggs/ham/bacon/any kind of meat quite often, and I have a metabolism problem that makes it very difficult for me to digest protein. There are no health food stores around my area, and the health food section in my local stores are very small/almost non-existent. Most of what I eat right now are carbs (such as breads, cereal, oatmeal), protein (which I shouldn't), and fats.) I need to find an inexpensive way to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet, but I don't know how I can... any suggestions? What do you usually shop for when you look for vegan or vegetarian foods? I'm just going on the diet type thing to stop myself from eating so much protein, and see how I feel after I begin the diet... . Also, do you think I would gain or lose weight on this diet/lifestyle change?

Would this be a major problem at a college campus where they usually serve mostly protein? They do have vegitarian choices... a salad bar and a bowl of fruit, thats it.. Back in my dorm room, I'd have a mini-fridge, and not much money....

this guy calls me when his busy and we only talk for 1 min. he also calls me at night just to say goodnight. he said his over me too.. then why is he doing this?

I have this best friend named Julie and this annoying girl name agatha(julies friend) is like trying to take her away from me. Me and julie were talking and she comes up in front of me and say 'hey maybe you can come over this weekend'. I dont want to get mad at julie i want her to have her space but i cant help feeling jealous of their friendship. Should i let them be, fight back, or ect.

I live in south texas,I went to my friends house.He had to make an errand just up the street.He let me get on his computer which is in his room,till he got back.I got into his yahoo page and started looking around. he woudnt be mad .alot of the same titles on email.."hey buddy"etc....Then I saw one email that said,"new pics"I clicked and was disturbed.....first it was an email from some guy same age 13 from Dallas,I was like whoa.he got a friend like 300miles away.I scrolled down and saw naked pictures of the guy,the dude was in boxershorts ,jacking off and other offending acts.I was shocked.I got out and looked at the picks of my friend.Almost the same thing,him naked and doing things that were just eww.
When he finnally came back,I didnt say anything just was in dismay.

I left and now I am shocked,he was exchanging nude pics with a guy 300 miles away.Im shocked,Do I tell his parents call the cops what?????

When I came to the states, I lived in a suburb and there was this friend who lived not far with from my house. He had a family member that would often come over but I was quitly shy and at the first look of the “family member” I remember I had a weird feeling… I just didn’t know what it was-but it was something strong and powerful deep in me. There would be times we would play but that feeling would stop me because I just didn’t know what it was. I was a quiet shy girl at the time.
But my story is… when I moved to different city –I lost contact of the “friend” and when I had to switch schools –I was so nervous and scared of going to a new school, but as soon as I walked in, I had a strange feeling –and when I came into my class “there he was the friends family member looking straight at me. The feeling returned-still unkown to me what it meant-but it was so deep and strong-and no words were spoken –only eye to eye connection.
So there we were going to the same schools together, and each day to day the feeling got stronger-as if he was a part of me in away- as if my mind was telling me something different then my heart-its weird –so weird beyond weird to me… but years passed and we came close until I told him I didn’t like him ( but the truth was I couldn’t help myself and this feeling was uncontrollable –and I would do everthing I can to get him out of my head.

I'm a 44 year old white male, what are YOU? I thought it would be kind of nice to get to know one another. It seems like we sort of know each other now, but sometimes it helps to answer questions, if you know something about the person asking the question. Because I know myself, I sometimes say things I wouldn't have otherwise said if I knew someones age.Case in point, someone asked where her cell phone was, and I thought this was a silly question so I gave a silly answer-I said if it were up YOUR @$$ you would know where it was! Now while i think that is funny, to a younger person that can hurt their feelings and that was not my intent, I was just being silly.

My brother is a bully... and is really really fun and nice if you don't cross him. His behavior with my kids concerns me now too. I told him my bounderies and he doesn't give a crap. So I told him to get out of my life. But in order to do that, I need to miss my family functions. My kids will miss Christmas with my family. Is the price too high to set this boundry? If I do go he will continue to over ride my parenting wishes and belittle me in front of my kids (making fun of little things I do on a regular basis). And when I tell him to stop... he won't... and lashes out at me verballt (when my kids leave the room) So either I go and be a doormat.. or I don't go and my kids miss family get togethers.. and so do I. My family is not into sticking up for me.. so I have a choice.. what should I do?
