Which is more "Fair and Balanced"? (pardon the pun)

Does anyone really just watch one or the other?

Neither are fair and balanced. Actually, I'd say ALL the cable news programs are biased. I know this from sometimes spending days doing research where I literally go through all of them repeatedly.

I stick with PBS's The Newshour for fair, balanced and accurate news.

eh... neither seems to be balanced... they are both on the extremes... only someone who has no idea of where the middle is would say either is balanced...

and I love it when Fox has a "represenative" from the "other side" and it's a member of the U.S. communist party... because of course... everyone on the other side is a communist... right?

this is why they think it's "fair and balanced"... because they have no clue what is going on in America... and what the other party represents... and what's more... they don't care... so it doens't really matter anyway...

Msnbc is about as bad though for the other side...

and yes, there is a reason Fox has the highest ratings... because they have NO COMPETITION for conservative news... so it's a monopoly... but they still only get about 30 percent of the news market share overall... that's still better than everyone else... there is a reason every conservative I know prefers it and no liberals do... if it was fair or balanced... at least some liberals would like it... somewhere...

Anybody on here spouting about how Fox news is so fair and balanced need look no further in the way they blew up the Obama going to a madrassa for grade school which has now been debunked. Wow did John Gibson and those three bores they have on in the morning run with that one. Please don't call the media liberal and in the same breath say Fox news is fair. That is total nonsense.

MSNBC is by far the best, followed by CNN. Then you have ABC and CBS although its news coverage has gotten to be worse since they went for ratings and hired Katie Couric. Fox - the mouthpiece of the Bush administration - turns my stomach. As someone else pointed out, you can't watch just one, but I draw the line at watching Fox.

Fox has top five shows in the cable ratings. MSNBC can't beat reruns of Green Acres in their time slot. People vote with their remotes. A very democratic process.

You can't call one 'fair and balanced' unless you watch another for comparison. I watch Fox, CNN, MSNBC and sometimes, the big 3. (ABC,CBS,NBC)

By far Fox News and yes, I have watched MSNBC but Fox more because it does have both sides. I can decide which side I'm on, not like other news organizations where there is one view that they want you to believe.

There is a reason why fox has the best ratings. Those that say it is not fair and balanced haven't really watched it.

Yes. Fox rules. I didn't even know MSNBC was still around. Maybe one of you lefties can answer this. Besides giving the facts, how exactly does fox spin the news and lie?

Not to steal your question, but name one example where they lied? I can name lots of examples of CNN, CBS, etc. changing/spinning the truth.
