this guy calls me when his busy and we only talk for 1 min. he also calls me at night just to say goodnight. he said his over me too.. then why is he doing this?
( He is the one that end it and he knows the right thing to do is for me get over him and he's still talking to me.. does he want me to move on?! -_-)

He could just want to be friends. Or also be confused and want to keep you around till he makes up his mind.

Maybe he just wants to be good friends.
He may have somebody else he's working on but in case that falls through he may keep you close as a backup. Especially since he ended it.
Move on but keep things simple just in case you would take him back. If you don't want him back then move and do what you have to do.

Well sweetie it doesn't look like he does, but you moving on isn't up to him. It's up to you, he's not banging down your door so why even give them the time of day. He broke up with you.
