I live in south texas,I went to my friends house. He had to make an errand just up the street. He let me get on his computer which is in his room, till he got back.I got into his yahoo page and started looking around. he woudnt be mad .alot of the same titles on email.."hey buddy"etc....Then I saw one email that said,"new pics"I clicked and was disturbed.....first it was an email from some guy same age 13 from Dallas,I was like whoa.he got a friend like 300miles away.I scrolled down and saw naked pictures of the guy,the dude was in boxershorts ,jacking off and other offending acts.I was shocked.I got out and looked at the picks of my friend.Almost the same thing, him naked and doing things that were just eww.
When he finnally came back,I didnt say anything just was in dismay.
I left and now I am shocked,he was exchanging nude pics with a guy 300 miles away.Im shocked,Do I tell his parents call the cops what?????

I dont understand, are both age 13??? I understand that it was upsetting, I would leave a note for his parents, type it and tell them to check his emails, they will help him. If one person is a minor and the other an adult then it should be reported to the police.

I don't think you should involve the cops, that should be left up to the parents, and the only way they could determine what to do is if you were to say something to them. But be careful, i know this is your friend, and at 13 they are probably just exploring their own bodys, and what makes them feel good. But i would say something however to his mother that you were looking at some things on the computer, and came across some provocative pictures that were being e-mailed between him and some other guy. Just let her know that your concerned for his well being, because you think that this guy he has contacted maybe a sexual predator, who is posting pics. that he may have gotten from some other little boy! No matter what you need to say something, keep it confidential, ask his mom if she could say she came across them herself so you could remain anonymous!

Supposing he is gay, do you have the will to jeopardize his privacy and life?!
You hadn't to spy in his computer as well as can't betray a friend now. There's nothing wrong in being gay and it even is exaggerate talking about cops!
He isn't a criminal!
Strange you're shocked for so humble situation!
I guess you too have watched at some hot pics around or are getting wa.nk in closet!
Is that your way to express friendship, seriousness and reliability?!

If the other guy truly is the same age, then there's no problem, but he could be a predator posting pictures of someone else...
Though, how would the predator find out. I wouldn't tell anyone if I were you. In south texas, if his parents or relatives find out, they're likely to be incredibly mad.

I wouldn't go to the cops or involve his parents
(although if it was my son I'd want to know) it's up to the boy to decide when he wants to talk to his parents about this.
Be a friend and talk to your friend about what you seen. As he gave you permission to use his PC he can't be mad that you found them but talking to him might be what he needs.
Just tell him what you found and that your worried for him. Make sure he knows that it's not safe to meet people on line this way. But also make sure while your talking to him that you don't judge him. If he likes guys this will be hard enough to talk about. If you don't feel comfortable having the conversation with him then forgot you saw them. Don't go telling anyone at school. Life's hard enough.

Why would you call the cops? He is curious or is gay...is that a crime? Its not like the two will ever have communication outside of the web. Just leave the kid alone and you shouldn't have been looking anyway.
