AI and Melo?

Question

who thinks AI and Melo are capable of bringing the nuggs a championship? Because nuggets are a good team but I think it'll take a while for them to get on spurs and mavericks type of level.

Couldn't have said it better myself my Friend! They need time to establish chemistry and get a force on the inside. I hope KMart can come back because he would add that edge and toughness that they lack in the middle. If KMart comes back next year and can stay healthy, look for the Nuggets to hurt some feelings next season and contend for the West. I think if can be done.

AI's game has matured and he's demonstrating the willingness and ability to make plays without scoring and Melo upside is sky-high and gets better seemingly by the week. I think KMart might be that nudge they need to make them that much more explosive. The Nuggets are a bomb waiting to explode and KMart might be enough to light the wick!!!

This should and could be the year for the Nuggets. Allen Iverson is starting to age and he will definitely not get any younger. Melo is really coming of age and is at his peak this season and probably next too. They have good height in Marcus Camby but they could use him a little more. I am not a Nuggets fan but I respect what they've done with their team and hope to see them do really well.

Nuggets just lost a heartbreaker--next year they will win the championship. This year they will make it to the confrence semi finals or confrence finals. Guess what. A.I. Is passing now. He is coming close to being the next steve nash, maybe better. He might get 10 Assists per game by the end of the season, and maybe 28 PPG, making him a sure contender for mvp. People don't think of that right now, but they'll see.

AI and Melo will be a great duo, but they still lack defense. You can now say that Denver is definately a contender, but I just don't see them beating Dallas or Phoenix until they improve on their defense. Now, once K-mart returns it we'll see if he stays or goes. Assuming he stays I think they will be a threat next year.

They're more than capable of it, but I don't know how likely it is to happen this year with how good Phoenix and San Antonio have played. And their current defense is another problem.

man that was one of the sickest game iv ever seen nuggets vs jazz even thought the nuggets lost i was really impressed because iverson had 33 points and anthony 37 points and marcus camby...21 points that was a REALLY good game
