Most definitely say "Better Together" by Jack Johnson.
Other great songs by him (not necessarily acoustic, but some blues and stuff):
-Good People
-Gone, Gone, Gone
-Banana Pancakes
-Upside Down
The song "Better Together" sounds like a full acoustic song, with no repetitive guitar riffs and melodies. It sounds as though Jack Johnson recorded this as best as he could get as well as played.
