I'm a stay at home mom and sometimes i just don't have the time to make lunch for myself and end up eating junk or snaking like crazy so i was thinking about drinking slimfast... do you think it works? or are there other shakes that are better?

I don't mind the taste ... I'm just looking for something easy for lunch.

As of 01-01-07, I began a strict Kosher only diet. I researched how a Kosher priest cuts the fat as he blesses the food. I'm not sure if he is cutting fatty chunks off the meat or removing the fat out of eggs. Regardless, does the Kosher priest not realize he could be the next icon in the weight loss business? Does anyone know exactly what he does to reduce the fat & calorie content in the food he blesses?

Now it is looking like he may have a new job starting in a few weeks but, I don't have the money to last that long. I'm a white girl with naturaly dark blond hair. My hair was formerly colored, and did have some bleach in it. I keep dying my hair brown and it eventually turns a brassy redish-brown. I want a deep chochlate espresso brown. I cant afforid to get it done professionaly. A guy at the salon said I should do a protein treatment on my hair because it will make the color stay truer, longer. Any advise? I am using nuteral colors. (Not G's or R's)

I have been smoking for 17 years since teenager. This is the first time ive tried this. Although I'm happy Im doing something positive, I'm struggling. Its now 6.00pm on Wednesday in London. My last cig was Monday lunchtime.

I am now starting to feel a bit odd. I sort of feel a bit detached from reality and unable to concentrate on anything. I also have a slight cough now. Is all this normal? how long will it last?
