Is this company a scam?

I recently put my resume online. I was contacted by a company called UGA. They told me they provide services for small businesses. I can't find much info on them. Seems like a scam....like Primerica. I don't want to waste my time with an interview, so if anyone has info I'd appreciate it.

Check out "ripoff report.com" Primerica is there and so is UGA and Amerirescouce, all headhunters that want a fee for hookin you up with sometimes nonexistant jobs or scam jobs.

If it looks like a scam, then it is. Don't waste your time and just move on.
