or know anyone that has, i have been on it for 2 weeks an havent lost any weight.

I know someone who exercised as well as lost 12 lbs

I'm sure you could lose weight on it, but you have to follow the serving size, 3/4 cup of cereal with 1/2 cup of fat free milk. I bet if you were to pour yourself a normal bowl of cereal and then turned around an measured it it would easily be 2-3 times the recommended serving size... which isn't much at all!

Be sure to exercise as well... diets don't typically work so well on their own because metabolism and the body adjusts to keep yourself consistent... exercising raises your metabolism and makes your body burn the fat stores to use that energy as well.

i actually dont think going on diets ever wrk, i tried it but it never made a difference so i gave up, try somethings else, diets dont help much

Not that I know of, Maybe if you eat only that
But I doubt that with it you would put any more on
