HI There; 91 vicodins in 20 days is an average of 4.5 pills per day. You didn't indicate weather they are 5mg or 10mg tablets. However the answer to your question is no, vicodin is usually well tolerated by the stomach tissue. Vicodin, has Acetaminophen, either 500mg, or 1000mg, with 500mg containing 5mg of Vicodin, 1000mg containing 10mg of Vicodin.
Vicodin, or hydrocodone, generic is very addictive, please don't take more than prescribed, also just a suggestion, but might want to run it by your physician if your concerned about addiction.
Acetaminophen is hard on the liver, hope your having regular liver enzyme test.

The Tylenol in the vicodins is what is hard on your system. It's the liver that would be affected. Vicodin is not hard on your stomach lining the way aspirin or other NSAIDS are. What I would also worry about is the tolerance level you're building up to painkillers and addiction.

well if it was in a period of 20 days, it wouldn't be over one year, it would be over the period of a little less than one month. If you can take it every 6 hours, that is 4 per day, so you could take 80 in 20 days. If you can't follow the directions, that is your own fault. Yet I highly doubt any doctor would give you that much vicodin. I had surgery and didn't even have that much.

I'd be more worried about my liver if I were you. It has acetaminphen, which can damage your liver. It can make you nauseous, but it seems like it wouldn't wait a year to show up if that were the problem. Read about the side effects at the link below and the next article for another frequent problem with long-term high doses of Vicodin.

You will do irrepairable damage to your liver and kidneys. The narcotic opiate will have a lasting effect on your brain, perhaps causing permanate hearing loss. Look at what happened to Rush Limbaugh.

it will probably destroy the stomach lining, as for the liver, you will probably need a transplant after that, even though you probably wouldn't qualify because it was due to excessive use of prescription medication.
