Hi, I am 5,5ft I weigh 52 kg, I want toned shapley legs, my arms are fine, i have a flat tummy, but my legs & butt are not, I just got a gym set for home, I used fto go gym every now & then for the past 10 years, but with very long breaks in between & only for a couple of weeks @ a time. I have the leg curl, where you sit up and lift the leg curl forward, i cant lay down to do the backs of my legs, what can i do as it is a good gym set but I cant lay down for the backs of my legs, I want shape fast before summer ends. Can someone advise please??
