I have been suffering from pain in my knee and quad for a year. I have had xrays, MRIs, and treatments from doctors and physios. My MRI showed that I have tendonitis in my quad, but didn't explain the pain in the patella.

I have done EVERYTHING that I have been told to fix this condition. When the pain was the worst, I used ice and anti-inflammatories. I had physio appointments twice a week for months for massage, acupuncture and to be given exercises to strengthen the muscle. I did all the exercises I was given for months and months.

During this time I have also started seeing a corrective chiropractor twice a week to straighten my spine, and I also now have orthodics becauase I was rolling in and my ankle, knee, hip alignment was out. Having done all of this, the only thing that stops the pain is if I stop all exercise. When I do no activity for a few weeks, the pain is gone. The minute I do any excercise, it comes back. What do I need to do to fix this problem for good??

There's this guy at my gym, he's actuaaly a trainer there, and my problem, is the fact that I don't know if he's flirting with me or not.For instance, around christmas, he came up to me and asked me how my holidays and I told him it was okay, then he asked me, who did I spend it with.And then there was another occasion where he came up to me and told me I looked sad, and wanted to see me smile, and as I was leaving asked me when will I be back.I'm thinking , well maybe he's just being friendly, but then he told me to call him on his cell phone, in which I did, and he told me that he would love to be my friend, even if he seen me outside of the gym, and told me that if I ever wanted to go to a movie or hang out, to hit him up, and then he invited me to his bible study class

It has been said that Iran is working on nuclear weapons, although Iran denies this.

Many experts say that Iran could have these weapons in as little as three years.

U.S. military officials have said that to stop Iran's development of nuclear weapons would be no small task. It would take at least 1000 sorties.

Israel would not likely tolerate a nuclear armed Iran. They would strongly consider using military means - if need be - to stop Iran from obtaining these weapons.

Would Israel have the capability to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons without entering into a war that would guarantee their own demise? Or, at least, a protracted war that would bring massive damage against their own country?

This is a task that even the U.S.A. says would be very difficult.

So could Israel do it?

I just got my betta today, and it has rocks,a fake plant, a little hidding place for it and marbles. i feel like he is misserable so much! is he very lonely? Should I get him a little friend like another betta. my betta lives in a nice glass bowl. I cleaned it today so I thought he would seem more active or like happy. Um, I have a little mustache, and its a little embarassing, so I have tried waxing and it hurts too much, and bleaching, which doesn't help much either. Like, 30 minutes ago, I used this prouduct thats supposed to make th ehair fall out. I did the test and everything, putting it on my elbow so I know if I am allergic to it or not----and I'm not. But I just tried it, and it hurts like hell, stinging, and the area is all rediish-pinkish, and sorta puffy. Is this supposed to happen?!

Hey man great answer it really made me think about that and the person who answered my first abortion question saying its not the governments right to interfere with that womans choice, well you obviously standing on the side with dems/libs why do you think that the government should be able to interfere with people's businesses, corporations, etc. This is so funny that it makes my stomach hurt, maybe i dont understand because im only in highschool but tell me what you think about that......
