I'm looking for something similar to "pain is weakness leaving the body" or something inspiring like that.
This is for badminton, and we have an X team for extra hours for conditioning, and this motto is what it's for. it's also mainly our varsity. It's pretty intense. haha.
Also, this will be going on the back of our team shirts! Thanks

If this is for a basketball team,you could say...
"If we play as one,we can defeat any five"
Or you can substitute the 'five' with however many you face in a game depending on the sport you play.
