It depends upon the insult or injury. I've laughed off a bad situation right away and I've also written off people and not spoke to them again.

I have an extremely bad temper it usually takes me a day or even two to calm down that is how bad my anger can get especially if another person is frustrating me and I do not know how to express or react to my feelings when they have me on the ignore button I react extreme and I do something out of anger that I regret later but than I cry a little and than I calm down after the insane behavior that someone has caused me and all is well again hehehe until the person pisses me off again hehehe but I am letting it go now the person is a narcissistic person and they are just not worth my time anymore I have love and self respect for who I am and that is all that matters and that is what also keeps my anger in check :)))

If I'm livid, it could take the whole day. I only show it to that person who made me mad though. I never let my attitude spill over on innocent bystanders. It takes a pretty long for me because when i get mad I like to be alone. It's not fair for others to have that kind of karma around. My wife can usually see right through me though so she doesn't count. God that woman has ESP sometimes! I could be smiling, laughing and joking around and she will get right in my face and ask whats wrong? How do you girls do that?

seeing me angry is like seeing the volcano's in Hawaii erupt with fiery lava-It doesn't happen very often. And when I do get angry it could possibly take days or even months depending on how long the lava has time to sit and cool.

depends on what I'm angry about, if it;s my kids, well a little longer because they're old enough to know better. If it's my husband, well, after 35 years he still does it, so I just bite my tongue and go find something to do. Staying mad is not good.

not much time depends on what I am pissed at. I still get mad at my land lady who made me move because she wanted to sell the house, I get all riled up all over again when I think of her. she gave me 30 days and i had a wedding the end of that month.....It had been two years.... so guess it takes me longer.

it depends on who and what made me angry...if i'm REALLY pissed with somone.. i'll completely ignore them and 4 me to calm down, it'll take sum time. if say i'm just angry coz of small matters, then i jz need to listen to sum mood lifting music or hang out with my friends and i'll b ok..
