I have had anxiety problems for a couple months already and this new year I decided to do something about it. So I went to see a pychiatrist and he prescribed me Pexeva. It is an anti-depressant but he said it would also work for anxiety. So I took it for only two days 20 mg and it gave me horrible panic. I had never in my life experienced a panic attack until I took them pills. It was so bad I didn't know what was happening to me I went to the ER and my pulse was 170. I couldn't stop shaking and I couldn't even speak right. So now I am off of Pexeva and now taking Xanax. My question was can a person have mini panic attack while dozing off? Just earlier my husband and I were on our way home and I was sleepy so I dozed off and then a horrible feeling came over me. As if I stopped breathing and I couldn't feel my body. I felt very disoriented and anxious. This has happened a couple times and it is really pissing me off and most of all scaring the crap out of me.

Milk is horrible. When you see those "Got Milk?" adds..they're paid for by the Dairy Farmers of America. They are money hungry. Soymilk is very good for your body, unlike milk. Milk is made from cows, and farmers give the cows hormones to make them produce more milk. Just giving you a heads up. ;)

You see, me and my sister have this battle going on. She's 16 and I'm 13. We LOVE to embarrass each other. So, one day she pulled my pants down in front of some of my friends! I told her I'd get her back! So, one day, some of HER friends were over. Even her boyfriend. So, I pulled her pants down infront of them! And she was even wearing a thong! Well, she's a BIG tattle tell. So she went to tell our mom. My mom called me upstairs to spank me. Then, she told me to spend the rest of the day in my room. I thought that was it! BOY was I wrong! The next day, Saturday, I was taking a shower. It was about 3:00pm then. I went in my closet to get dressed. There were NO clothes there! There was a note on the door that said"Come downstairs for your clothes. You can wear your sisters thong to cover up if you want. Mom" I came downstairs. There was only my mom down there. So I thought. I came downstairs to see ALL of my friends! AND 2 of my friend's moms!

For the past week or so, my husbands hands/arms have been sporadically going numb (severe pain in his fingers & tingling) throughout the day. It doesn't seem to matter what position he is in when this happens, even if he is in the middle of using his hands/arms.

He lifts weights, on average, 3-4 x per week. I feel like this is poor circulation, any thoughts on what might be causing this or what he could do to help?

I know not all guys are 'dogs'... but at school and just everywhere else there are guys who say disgusting and innapropriote things to me or a friend. My best friend is a guy, and he thinks it's the media pressuring guys to be a certain way. He is not the type that yells, "Nice ***! Can I slap it for you?!
