Good questiong but no. The Romans were probably the most tolerant of homosexuality and yet were probably the most aggressive nation.

Are you kidding? Take the two classical civilizations; Greece and Rome. Did they look less prone to war, to you? Consider the Spartans as a case in point. Institutionalized homosexuality coupled with the most warlike outlook of all the ancient Greeks. I think you need to rethink this false correlation you seemingly wish to construct.

No. During the Greek and Roman eras where homosexuality was widely accepted there was constant conflict, but definitely not due to the tolerance of homosexuality.
