You see, me and my sister have this battle going on. She's 16 and I'm 13. We LOVE to embarrass each other. So, one day she pulled my pants down in front of some of my friends! I told her I'd get her back! So, one day, some of HER friends were over. Even her boyfriend. So, I pulled her pants down infront of them! And she was even wearing a thong! Well, she's a BIG tattle tell. So she went to tell our mom. My mom called me upstairs to spank me. Then, she told me to spend the rest of the day in my room. I thought that was it! BOY was I wrong! The next day, Saturday, I was taking a shower. It was about 3:00pm then. I went in my closet to get dressed. There were NO clothes there! There was a note on the door that said"Come downstairs for your clothes. You can wear your sisters thong to cover up if you want. Mom" I came downstairs. There was only my mom down there. So I thought. I came downstairs to see ALL of my friends! AND 2 of my friend's moms!

She told me that was the rest of my punishment. They kept laughing and stuff! Oh, and did I mention my sister was down there too!? My mom told me to explain why I did that. I was TRYING to tell her as I was covering up. She told me NOT to cover up! My sister even suggested to tie my hands behind my back! Which made everyone in that room laugh more! I tried again 2 explain it to her, but she suddenly grabbed me by my ear, slapped me over her lap, and spanked me AGAIN! In front of EVERYBODY! Then, I just had to stay there one more hour! It was HORRIBLE! That was a month ago and everyone STILL talks about it. My one x-friend took pics of me with her cell phone that day seceretly! She now tells me to do ANYTHING! Or if I don't, she'll show some other kids it! She's done it before! And ever since then, I've tried to tell my mom what really happened. And why I did it! But she won't listen! Was that a good punishment? Shouldn't she've let me explain? And what should I do about my friend?

This punishment is completely unacceptable. It was wrong for you and your sister to do that to each other, but for a parent to do it is abusive - it's humiliating and degrading.
You could speak with a counselor at school about it - or another trusted adult. Does your dad think this is okay?
As for your ex "friend" who took the pictures, report her to the school counselor as well. This whole thing is just really horrible.
IMO, it's also wrong to spank anyone - and completely weird to spank a 13 year old and bizarre to do it in front of others. Your mom needs a parenting class and if you do report her, that will likely be a part of what may happen.
You might ask the counselor at school what would happen, hypothetically, if someone reports abuse so you have an idea of what will happen if you choose to do that.

I feel your embarrasment.My mom use to do demeaning things to me like that when i was young.That kind of stuff scars you for life.You carry it with you no matter how old you get.Sorry that happened to you,sweetie.And no,that wasnt the right punishment.And if it went down exactly the way you said it did,then your mom shouldnt have even gotten involved in it.She wouldnt have if your tattle-tale sister had just kept her mouth shut.You need to talk to your counselor at school.Trust me,what she did was wrong.

This is wrong and it IS sexual abuse!! iT DOSENT MATTER IF YOU WERE TOUCHED OR NOT!! Please go and talk to some one about it!!! The next "punnishment" may be worse, as if this wasent enough to scar you ! I am so sorry that this happened to you!! Your mother is twisted in the head to think of punnishing you this way! even if your sister had done nothing and you did what you did, what sort of mind thought up this seriously sick punnishment! Your sister is a mean hearted selfish lying little twit! but life will probably give her what she deserves! No the punishment is not OK!
The right thing to do would be to report your mom to the authorities, unfortunately you probably won't because you don't want your mom to get into trouble.
If you got punished this severely for something so minor, I would hate to hear how the punishment when you REALLY messed up.
Think hard about reporting your mom. Talk to your dad or grandparents. . .someone!! Someone will listen to you.

I have to agree. That was a horrible punishment. I am not one of those extremist who want to outlaw spanking either(spare the rod spoil the child) however that was a ridiculous way of going about resolving the issue. I feel she should have heard you out. If all of her parenting is like this she needs a parenting class. besides who still spanks a 13 year old by 13 spanking is pointless. I have two children 6&8. You spank a young child to teach boundaries by 13 is a little too late for spanking in my opinion. A stern look is all they ned to get straight.
You raise a child from birth not when you realize they're out of control!
I wouldnt go as far as calling it sexual abuse though but definetly abuse and bad parenting. just shameful!!!!

Your mother should be ashamed of herself.
That is child abuse and so wrong on so many levels.
You need to try to talk to your mother and tell her how that sort of behaviour made you feel, no one should have to be put through that, as someone else said that is sexual abuse.
As for the friend, I would try to talk to her, tell her to grow up.
If she wont listen, tell her parents about the picture or even a trusted female school teacher, to confiscate the phone and get rid of the picture.
There is no excuse for this type of behaviour, you are being victomised and you need to do something about it.

No its not okay that is humiliation not punishment and the fact your mom had you come down there like that in front of all those people that is awful. Im sorry that happened to you. You should seriously report her. Moms are supposed to be mentors not embarassers.

Wow! i think of it truly is incredibly imaginitive. thank you to bypass mom! If i thought the infant could dig for the duration of the trash to discover a toy I had thrown away, then i could in all danger cover it someplace (or in line with danger lock it up) until eventually the boy became asleep or at college, then throw it away. yet to wrap it in a grimy diaper? Congrats on that concept. That shows the boy that the toy became actually thrown away, and that he's not getting it lower back. ok that is disgusting and wrong. you may not realize it, and ur mum prolly duznt either, but that is a serious brain mess up. teenagers are SO prone to embarassment that we have to avoid it at al costs. if you start doing drastic stuff like not talking to her at all, not laughing, basically turning emo without the cutting or other self-destruction, she will take notice. just tell her that she is very messed up for embarrassing you like that and just dont talk to her for a lil bit. she'll get that pic...IF she wants to be in a relationship w/ you
as for that one girl: challenge her. and if she DUZ show people, wen they make fun of you just say..."yes i kno i have a nice ***. thank you!"

Are you bloody kidding me? If this is not a real occurence, then you need to check out some fetish sites. If this is real (and I hope to god it isn't) then you need to report this to the proper authorities. I don't think spanking should have been out of the question but the rest of the stuff is a nogo. Your mom is clueless and your sister should have gotten into trouble.
