Milk is horrible. When you see those "Got Milk?" adds..they're paid for by the Dairy Farmers of America. They are money hungry. Soymilk is very good for your body, unlike milk. Milk is made from cows, and farmers give the cows hormones to make them produce more milk. Just giving you a heads up. ;)

I do agree. Milk is made for a baby cow to drink, which has 4 stomaches, not a human with one stomach. Hard to digest, and that's one reason why so many people have trouble sleeping too, caused by milk. My hubby stopped drinking it and he sleeps WONDERFULLY now!
We started buying soy milk and drinking that, however i have heard so many bad things about soy that we quit that too. Lots of hormones in it, and also it shuts down the thyroid gland. I can't prove that, just heard and read about it. Lots of info on the internet about it.
We drink goats milk now. Good stuff, though a bit spendy.

Organic milk comes from cows NOT fed growth hormones nor antibiotics in their feed.
Almost 6 decades drinking milk, no problem here yet.
Note: there are some soy hazards so keep on reading !

just make sure to buy milk labeled "no rBST (bovine growth hormone)"
many milks, especially locally made milks,do not use hormones
i agree that big companies do bad things...but milk does have calcium which is important for bones
so BUY LOCAL

Milk is not bad for you. BTW, did you know that soy milk comes from soybeans, grown with fertilizers and pesticides????
BTW, you'll notice it wasn't soy milk that you suckled as a baby...

Milk is only bad when you drink too much of it. But I personally think it is absolutely disgusting either way and it makes me sick.

Milk got calcium, calcium is important for the bones, if you have weak bones you can break them easy. I f you dont like it it doesnt mean nobody like it.
