an oxygen bar is a place where they give u pure oxygen, they usualy giv it to u for like 15 min while u sit in a massage chair or something like that. then they give u an energy drink and another shot of oxygen. ive never done it but i've checked it out before. it looks pretty cool

It is a bar where people go to take hits of oxygen. Nice clean air supply.
