What i am trying to say.is there products out there already able to to turn ac into dc and increse household electrictricity. Say to 240 or as much as 440? thanks

Yes some devices will turn ac into dc but the change should be minimal.

You would normally transform the AC to the desired level and then use a solid state diode bridge to convert it to DC. Depending on the amps you want and the smoothness of the DC, takes about $20-50 and 20 minutes to put the parts together.

i think you are getting muddled up.
alternators turn ac into dc. every car has one.
transformers change voltage.
they don't 'increase' electricity.
