How should i celebrate my 13th b-day?

Well, im just wondering. for my last b-day i had a sleepover so i want something different. but i guess it can include a sleepover.

Here's an idea. Have a mini-mardi gras celebration. You can rent out a hall or do it in your backyard or any big open space in your house. At the door, hand out mardi gras masks, and beads. Have loud music, and a buffet table (and a gift table) filled with foods you love. Also try to include New Orleans-style food. Have little competitions (i.e dancing competitions) for the BIG beads. They are the best beads, and you can find them at a party store for about 10 for $2. The more Big beads you have, the better your goodie bag, which by the way you will give out at the door. Also, get a prize for the person with the most amount of beads. The goodie bag should have masks, candy, more beads and whatever you want to throw in there. Make the room colorful with colors like orange, purple, yellow, green, and red. Also, hang up your Christmas tree lights around your house and dim down the lights.
This celebration is inexpensive. You can find everything at your neighborhood party store.

Depends when your birthday is. if a fun thing you can to all year around, suggest a girl day at the mall, or going to the movies, or rollerblading!!! the #1 thing that will bring the party the whole 9 yards is if you video-tape it, like the funny things, and the sad things, and b-day tips u and ur frends may have!!!
