Say, for instance, I am upset about a situation with an individual who operates a business or service I paid for. In that case, I decided to discuss it (rather in details) on a blog. However, despite the fact that I may be discussing it online where others may discover such information, I have kept his identity and the identity of the business/company he represents anonymous. Would I be committing an illegal activity. Please let me know beforehand. Thank you.

The U.S. is engaged in “a silent war” conducted by illegal aliens that is causing a higher toll than the war in Iraq, according to the founder of an immigration watchdog group.

Besides excercise, what else can you do? What foods are best for keeping your heart healthy?

My GP was recently requested to complete a form for the Disability Living Allowance Unit, regarding my health. As it seems to be 'inaccurate' (only registered with this doctor 6 months ago) I requested a copy (verbally) from my doctor so I could see exactly what it said. The doctor/receptionist said "no" I could not!
I know I can make a data access request under the DP Act etc, but would be a lot simpler if they would just comply and save time etc? Is this right??

Oh yeah, forgot to mention. It's on Mars.

Does this mean that climates change even without man's involvement? I'm shocked! To listen to Al Gore and the mainstream media, I can only assume that climates are changed by man-made activities. So how can this be explained? Is the Bush government secretly exporting SUVs to Mars?

This morning I called my mother (VERY rare for me to call her in the morning, before work) and during our conversation, we discovered we had both had eerily similar dreams. In her dream, she was in a flower shop, watching one of her co-workers cutting roses for a flower arrangement. She said there were peices of cut stems/leaves all over the table. In my dream, I was doing some work at a table, and left the room for a minute. When I came back, there were rose cuttings all over my work table, which annoyed me greatly. I haven't been able to find any info on the internet as to the meaning of our dreams, specifically. I did find out that withered roses signify the death or the parting or absence of loved ones. I had a scary thought that if withered roses symbolise death, maybe cut roses symbolise murder (or being "killed", as in a car accident). What makes this even more bizarre, is that at around 4am. a music box (that plays the song "Noel") started playing on it's own and woke me.

I'll be working as a Real Estate Associate and I dont have any real estate experience. I have to start in 6 months and the company will train me. But I wanna be prepared a head of time for everything so I have started my search on real estate.

So we pose a few questions? So what. It is your doubts in your belief that make you angry. I am not an aethist, but the non christians in here do not seem to be angry, they just want you to give them sound reasoning or proof or something other than bibile quotes to help your cause. But you do not provide, so we ask more questions. We are the teachers, you are the insolent students. Or so it seems to me.

Are young employees (<30) more likely to not get hired than someone over 30 that is overweight. I have a friend who is an HR worker saying that employees that are overweight and young, under 30, are more likely to get discriminated against do to the fact that young people are supposed to energetic, acitve and go-getters hence they shouldn't be overwieght. That could point to them being lazy and not ambitious. What do you think on this?

Would you say that modern physics models of the world (quantum mechanics, string theory, the holographic paradigm...) support the possibility of so-called paranormal phenomena (telepathy, psychokinesis etc) or discount them? Also, for the really brave, what about spirituality in general and the possibility of divine?

Obviously I'd like people who actually know about the subject to comment, but if you're going to insist, at least first watch the PBS documentary "The Elegant Universe", hosted by physicist Brian Greene:
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/elegant/...

Also take a look at at the "double slit experiment", which you can find here: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=...

You could also watch "What the bleep do we know?" which, while perhaps a bit less objective about the matter, still raises some very interesting points.

PS. I'm not looking for the best answer I agree with. 10 points to the best argument EITHER way. We're debating here, not arguing.

I measured 33 at my 34 week appointment as well.
The nasty midwife I saw yesterday really beat up on me for being small and only gaining 22lbs so far in this pregnancy.
She then proceeded to say that its not normal for my stomach to still measure 33, ten days after my last appointment.
She also said the baby feels to be about 4 pounds. So she thinks my child might have a placenta growth retardation.
I have NEVER had any problems throughout this pregnancy and this woman who I saw yesterday was really mean and I dont get what her deal is.

Has anyone experienced similiar measurements and was the baby ok?

**By the way, babys movement and heart rate are great.

My b/f is 32 and i am 22 we have been together forever it seems now he's really good with my daughter and he treats me like i want to be treated. Since Before our first date i let him know i had a daughter and that i don't leave her with a babysitter he told me that was cool and said "Bring her along i'd love to meet her" He is the only guy i know that is like that i have been on other dates and i told them i didn't have a babysitter they have either canceled the date or told me they would take a raincheck. He treats me Alot better than guys my age do he is alot more mature and he has his life together he knows what he wants. The only thing i am freaked out about is he has done so much more than me we love each other but will our age be a problem? everyone says it will but i like to think because of our ages we will be able to keep each other together while he's mature he can be kinda childish like everyone and so can i so i guess the question i am asking is Does Age Really Matter?

Seriously, it is out of control. We live in a very windy area, and we are constantly getting shocked - every time we touch something. Could it have something to do with the large power lines nearby?
