There are all kinds of nutritional-supplement drinks now, but I'm afraid of them because the ingredient list is so long and full of things I can't pronounce. When I can't face breakfast, I drink 8 ounces or so of vegetable juice (V-8 or similar). You could also try a glass of lowfat milk, a whole-grain roll and a satsuma or other small piece of fruit. That's pretty manageable even if you're on your way out the door.

It really depends on what nutrients you normally get from your breakfast!

Good all-rounders would be a vitamin enriched soya milk or a fruit smoothie - but really the best thing would be to set aside a few minutes and just have a quick bowl of cereal or something.

Orange juice is okay.. but really it's empty calories. All from sugar.

Try this

3 ounces silken tofu
1 cup of fruit
1/4 of fruit juice
2 TB of splenda(it melts better)
1 cup of ice.

Blend together in the blender. It is really creamy! I was afraid to try tofu but this way it's very good. It tastes like any other fruit smoothie. This will give you protein to start your day as well as some carbs from fruit. It will keep you full until lunch.

Drink some Tropicana Orange Juice, or low fat milk. Those are the best rated I heard it on the news.
