eat a healthy balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. also, do a little cardio a few times a week but remember to rest some days. walk 2 miles every day, be happy, have good friends and family to support you, and reduce as much stress as possible from your life. i suggest to meditate or do yoga to reduce stress, its awsome. but remember that its okay to eat a hamburger every once in a while or to be lazy sometimes, just dont do it all the time! i hope that helps

Eat a variety of nutritious foods from all the food groups. You may be eating plenty of food, but your body may not be getting the nutrients it needs to be healthy. Nutrient-rich foods have vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients but are also lower in calories.

Stay away from "cloggers", exercise make choices from the basic food groups. If you don't, it will catch up to you and you'll be another person who needs a stent implant or a by-pass.
