our hand book states that there is a 180 trail period and the employee has been ok for about 90 day. Come to find out today we ever the supervisor walks out of the run she talks trash. Like he has no balls or the person move stuff around and makes a joke that oh the supervisor is going to be mad about this. The other people in the office dont want to work with this person any more and I being the office manager doesnt even want to talk with her. The owner says that we are taking it personal about this employee and that is not a good enought reason to let her go. She is slow with work and doesnt do a clean job about it. She doesnt follow directions. We have not given a verbal or a write up to her just because she is such a pain to even talk to. It is a small company only 7 people there and it just sucks. She is a major kiss *** to the owner and he claim that he sees it but at the same time i think he likes it. How do I just get rid of her and make sure that the company is covered?

We have a Payne Plus 90 gas furnace. It just doesn't keep the house warm anymore. A couple of winters ago, we had this problem and the service man told us that it isn't designed to operate below 25 degress. It sits in the garage. That sounds crazy. This winter, it isn't working well either.

So what happens is that it turns on, and only runs for maybe 6-8 minutes before shutting off. It might be hours before it comes back on again. We are calling someone to come out next week, but I am just wondering what we could possibly check for this weekend to get it going.

We checked the water drain trap, and cleared it. It did not have a clog or build up of water.

We replaced the thermostat in the house because we first thought it just wasn't sensing the right temperature. The replacement one has a digital thermometer, and it is right, it is like 65 degrees in here! brrr

everytime i start my compaq computer it goes 2 the windows start up screen and then it jus restarts. every single time! I cant do the F10 restore thing cause it jus sez error, and i lost my recovery cds and i have no idea where 2 get them. WHAT THE HELL SHOULD I DO? help me out here

when the search gets to
C:\\Document Settings\Username\Local Settings\temp,
windows explorer crashes. I tried deleteting everything in that temp folder but it crashes as well.

I can't complete a search windows explorer keeps crashing.

my boyfriend is white and I'm mixed but look black. He's okay with our relationship and so am I and my family, but I'm worried about his. I asked him how his family would react to this and he said that his dad and his brothers wouldn't care, but that his mother would. I left my husband b/c i wasnt happy. He was very mean and controlling. Now that im gone he wants to make it all better by going to counseling and bringing me flowers and calling me 100 or more times a day to tell me he loves me and we're going to be ok.
I have told him over and over that i dont think we have a chance and dont want to go to counseling or any of the vacations he has also planned for us.

i am not cold hearted we went through this last year and i heard the same things. i tried it but no there was no change in behavior. I feel like i gave it my all but he says that this is the last chance and if he messes it up he'll leave me alone. i dont believe it. it wont be over to him until he decides its time.

what should i do? i dont want to go back to him but feel guilty like im not giving 100%, but dont want to give anything b/c im just tired of it. im done but he doesnt get it.
