PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!! she's a fake.
"Back in February, 2003, “psychics” Sylvia Browne and James Van Praagh were consulted by the parents of missing 11-year-old Shawn Hornbeck – Pam and Craig Akers. That young man just recently turned up – very much alive and well, in rather sharp disagreement with the prognostications of the humbug artists. The Hornbecks had talked February 11th with Sylvia Browne on the Montel Williams television show, where she informed them that Shawn was "no longer with us," which means “dead.” She said his body was in a wooded area “about 20 miles southwest of Richwoods, Missouri.” She said it would be near two large, jagged boulders that “seem out of place in that area,” and she added that the bicycle he was riding when he disappeared, is in a dump "in another state." As a result of Browne’s fruitless guess, intensive searches by hundreds of volunteers were conducted in the general area described by her, but naturally, with no success. Not even “jagged boulders” showed up, let alone the kid – until he was found and returned home on Friday, January 12th. He’d been gone for 1,559 days!"

Sylvia Brown is a fraud !( My opinon) She does alot of" cold reading" she throws enough sh** on the wall till something sticks and charges $700 an/hr for it ! She was just exposed on Anderson360 tonight for telling the family of that missing Missouri boy that he was dead! that was four months ago on the Montel Williams Show, the boy was found alive & well about aweek ago.

No one can be right 100% of the time, but I think Sylvia Brown is pretty accurate.
You mentioned the Montel Williams show, right? You can also find her on www.hayhouse.com and taped broadcasts of her on their radio section. She was annual radio shows there. There's also a website about Novus Spiritus that you might want to check out to learn more about her.

I do believe there are people with the gift. I do believe Sylvia is a charlatan who was fortunate to have a celebrity "in". I and my mother have had very accurate premontions in dream form, and I in other ways, but very rare occurances. My gut, though (which many people can trust their gut feelings) tells me Sylvia's "gift" is an elaborate con.
If you watch and really listen to some of these celebrity psychics, it is so what the "sceptics" say; Celebrity psychic make many general statements and know how to deflect doubt among those who are grieving or in circumstances at the moment that worry them.

Don't go to her. She's much too expensive. One thing I don't like about her is that when she doesn't know the answer, she doesn't honestly tell you so. She would give you some other information. She likes to pretend that she knows everything.
I used to have many many pyschic readings from other people who are far less expensive than her. They are pretty good. Each psychic is only good in certain areas. They don't know everything. Depending on what you want to ask, I can refer a psychic who is good in that area.
But through my many years of experience in having so many readings from pyschics and wasting so much money, I really don't recommend seeing a psychic. Our destiny is in our hands, we can change what we don't like and manifest what we want. It's better not to depend on the spirits or psychics to tell us what our future is. But since you are considering spending so much money on Sylvia Brown, I just want to let you know that you can spend far less to still be able to get a quality reading.
Some of the websites are:
1). http://www.vibrantuniverse.com , Annie Z. is a very honest spiritual reader. She offers spiritual and aura services.
2) http://www.askclaudia.com , Another trustworthy person.
3). http://temple-of-wisdom.net
I know much more but I think these people will be able to help you. Please understand that no psychics are 100% accurate. You can change your future. It's really up to you to decide how you want your future to turn out.

Keep in mind that no psychic can be completely accurate. And of course, people who don't believe in psychics won't believe in Browne. That said, within her profession, she's pretty good. She brings a lot of comfort to a lot of people. I would say it's a pity she was wrong about Shawn Hornbeck, but of course it's GREAT she was wrong, since she thought he was dead :-) It's a certainly pity she gave bad misinformation.
I could say the same about my dad's last surgeon. At least Browne's mistakes don't kill anyone.

No. She's not "good" at all. She is not worth it. She is not accurate.
She was dead wrong on the Shawn Hornbeck kidnapping:

A woman had a very unsatisfying "reading" from Ms. Browne:

And other people have had not so flattering things to say about her:

Further, to my knowledge, not ONE! of her yearly predictions have come true.
