Most of the women health questions are regarding menstruation periods, whereas the men health questions are regarding masturbation. Why so?

Because, whether they want to admit it or not, these are two issues that strongly affect the person's view of their own sexuality and by asking others, they can find out that maybe they aren't alone in their uncomfortableness.

some of the questions in women's health regard masturbation... but maybe women on here are more concerned about menstruation...

Probably because those are the biggest problems facing them now. Anyway, on checking the questions on Men's and Women's Health, I didn't find anything in support of your question. Lots of questions on other problems abounded.

Because most men don't want to know anything about menstration and most women find men masturbating gross. We are not all as fortunate as you to have a unisex view on matters such as these I'm assuming.

Girls may masturbate too, but guys don't have a vagina to bleed out of along with all the pain that comes with it. Does that answer your question? I have seen some about masturbation also.

as long as masturbation doesn't cause menstruation.. you should be ok.
