ok i really like this guy and he asked me out and i said yes but even though i've had several boyfriends before my parents have all of a sudden decided that i can't date until i'm 16...i've tried to tell them how i feel but they just aren't getting it...what should i do?

My husband woke up this morning with lower abdominal pain he feels like he needs to pass gas but he is not able to. Also he feels like he needs to have a bowl movement but isn't able to the only thing that comes out is a little bit of water and blood. He has no fever but he is weak. I was wondering if anyone else has had a simalar experience. Please no hateful answers.

My computer is only like 2 years old. The problem is that it takes 50 min. so it can be ready to go on the internet or to use it for anything else, my computer is Microsoft Windows XP (hp pavilion vx74) Im not good with computers... Also I have alot of songs and i have dowloaded many things, im not sure if that would help. I also tried deleting photos, music, downloads, etc... Please help me. Thanks

We are a very small staff team working in care. One of our colllegues continuously takes sick leave and then returns when her wages are stopped after 16 weeks (company policy). She constantly moans about our manager, the company and anybody else she can think of. Everybody is wrong, she takes all direction as a personal insult and is dragging everybody down. She refuses to help staff when needed at other homes as she does not want to travel which means other staff are stretched to their limits and yet we have all done it for her. Staff are becoming demoralised and even our manager who is very laid back usually is getting stressed because our colleague cries when asked to do something she does not want to do and then accuses the manager or us of putting pressure on her! She gets paid £9 an hour for doing virtually nothing. We have tried sympathising, befriending and encouraging her but if our tone of voice belies our exacperation she tells others that she is going to complain.

how do you get your 18 month old to sleep at night? our daughter has always been a finiky sleeper. we have a routine and she will sleep for about 5 hours alone, but then wakes up and if one of us doesn't join her in bed until she falls asleep again, she won't stop waking up. she is in a big girl bed because the crib was a disaster. any ideas? tips? crying it out never worked for her so don't say that. she can and will cry for the entire night. our routine is set. please help.
