Hi, I just got my xbox 360 today and I always see people has a card that says xboxlive... it didnt come inside of my premium package, is it needed to connect online? I mean because I am supposed to have like a year or month I dont know for free am I right?

yeah just sign up for xbox live and fill out all the info and they'll give youi think a month for free, and trust me buy a year when that runs up
you dont need a card for the free trial, but you do if you want to extend that, unless you want to use a credit card

The premium package already has a free 1 month Gold membership trial included. All you need to do is signup on xbox live.

just plug the ethernet cable to ur DSL modem or router which ever and the go to join xbox live and fill the info and pick the xbox silver then it will automaticlally have a 1 month there are 3 1 month trials on ur hard drive automatically but u cant renew it its kinda hard to explain or typing u know wut i mean but i hope you like this answer and i hope to see u join the xbox live community add my gamertag SLK x1
