For American's who grew up with the food pyramid, the government put out a new version a couple years ago. You can go to this website and it tells you what things qualify as a serving of fruits, proteins, etc., just like the juice.

Yup. I knew that a long time ago. Because they say all the fiber goes out of the juice when you juice it, I get some orange pulp from the "pulp container". Yummy AND healthy!

yeah ! pure juice has a lot of natural sugar, though. And remember, one glass of OJ is like eating about 7 oranges - would you really eat 7?

Yup you can also have some of the other juices (grape, apple and so on) that is 100% juice. I can't remember who makes them, but the commercial is always on t.v.
