I have a LaCie external drive. It's 500GB, i's got 2 drives in a RAID... 1? I think is the simple striped set for performance. Anyway, it 's hooked to my PC with firewire. I'm trying to figure out if I should use that drive, or an internal SATA drive, for programs that have large temp files.

I am thinking of making the switch from Baseball to Lacrosse =]]. I am 13, so will I be able to fit right in or will it be hard for me to adjust? I play soccer, basketball, and track if that helps. I am fast and agile, but also strong and tall. I am not very good with the stick -.-..Can you help me out with the positions? thx

why do the media & people look at foot lovers as sick individuals? understanding that their are some bad apples in the bunch that draw negative attention to themselves, why must the foot fetish community continue to be looked down upon (no pun intended)? i mean, it's more in the closet that gays & lesbianism. i mean, everyone have their own kinks... people perceive indulging in the smell, sight, touch or taste of feet as being gross & disgusting but isn't oral sex just as nasty? last time i checked, you couldn't catch a STD by sucking toes. and why is sniffing panties a normal sexual act but shoes aren't? please explain.

In my opinion Freedom is the right of everyone as all are born free. GOD has made no boundaries. All natural resources are available to all without the boundation of caste, religion, society, wealth, poor or any like Sun gives light to everyone on earth without any discrimination. So fighting for freedom or own rights is correct. But why some people becomes terrorist in the wake of fighting for freedom. Is killing innocent people is Freedom Fighting ? Why they choose the path of violence when it has already been proved that freedom can also be attained with the help of non-violent methods like the ones adopted by Mahatma Gandhi during freedom fighting movement of India ? What is your opinion ? Which one you think is the best way "violence" or Non-violence" and why ? However, in my opinion non-violence is the best method though it takes more time but it is a sure success.

I am looking for rings, necklaces, breacelets, etc that is approrpriate for work-wear. I don't are for large/bohemian/gaudy/costume jewelry and usually go for small and subtle items.

My bf and I have a great relationship. We've been dating for about 5 months now. Earlier today, he told me he was so happy we were dating and that he loved me a lot. Well, I just spent 3 hours playing video games with some of our friends (I was the only girl there). I tried to hint that I really wanted to leave, and he said, "Ok, I'll stop by later when I'm done." Well, I've been waiting about a half hour...where is he? Is this weird? Three strings walk into a bar and they sit at a table near the bar. One string gets up and goes to the bar and asks,
"Three beers please for me and my friends."
The bartender says,"Sorry...we don't serve strings here."
The string then goes back to his seat. The second string goes up to the bar and says,
"Hi...may I please have 3 beers for me and my two friends."
The bartender says,"Sorry...I already told the other string that we don't serve strings here."
Third string gets up and ties himself in knots and then messes up his hair. He walks up to the bar and says,

Republicans usually have knee-jerk reactions to the problems. Democrats usually have considered responses to the problems.

Republicans are easily manipulated by propoganda. Democrats are not.

Republicans routinely choose conflict over peace. Democrats seek peaceful solutions wherever possible.

Republicans run mainly on self-interest. Democrats are more concerned with the larger good.

Republicans want to maintain the status quo socially. Democrats are more open to social change.

I think these are valid observations about some of the general differences between Republicans and Democrats.

How do you see it?
