A paragraph should contain a beginning, a middle and an end and should only cover one subject. Use one sentence to introduce the topic of the paragraph. Six to make your point or include data that you want to share about the topic in the introduction and then the last sentence to quickly cap your body and intro.

Start with a topic sentence that states what the entire paragraph is about, then add seven more sentences that more completely describe what you wrote in the first sentence.

Start with a pencil and paper, you don't think we are going to write it for you. Go get a book, read one page, read it again, close the book and write 8 measly sentences and call it a paragraph...

Start writing, make sure to add lots of detail and support to your topic. you'll be done in no time.
