I don't understand. Is a non-photo ID card different than the STATE ID Card? I really don't get this. Where do I go to get my NY STATE ID CARD. I just moved here and am a US citizen.

Can you buy a fretboard by itself?

Hi, I am starting to plan out a project with my bass guitar that would involve taking off the fretboard. I fear that it mite be broken or messed up in the process and would like to have the option of buying another one incase something goes wrong.

I've looked in all the places I know of(Musician's Friend, Y!, Ebay,etc) and can't find just a fretboard by itself i can only find the neck and fretboard pre attached and I dont see the point in paying $200 for another neck if I already have one.

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Training/Workout plan?

I'm 14, female, a goalie on a 19U girls ice hockey National bound team, homeschooled, and in to being in shape. I do 100 up-downs everyday in my gear, and have 250 pucks thrown at me everyday. I was always okay with the way I look, and I still am. The thing was my stomach had to me smaller then my chest (and my chest hasn't grown in forever). It is still smaller, but it is bigger then is use to be.

So, what can I do to make my stomach flatter, arms stronger, and thighs toner? My calves are pretty good if I say so (I can shuffle post to post in net, and my t-pushes are sharp), but I guess they could be stronger.

Any help would be awesome!!! Thanks in advance!

Iron in food?

Ok i don't eat red meat and i just found out from my moms friend that i need to. Her doctor said that red meat has iron in it and if i dont eat it i could have an acne problem and have paler skin. Is this true? And if it is what foods have iron in them and what exactly does iron do?

10 year old she asks questions that seem inappropriate or show a lack of boundaries. What should I do?

10 year old live-in Step Daughter moved in w/me and her dad . We met at that time b/c she was in another country, culture, religion and spoke zero English. Now she's been here 1 year and here's a sampling of her questions: When given a gift “Where did you get this? How much did it cost?” She sees your prescription meds “What are these for?” Or “Why do you have a Dr appt.?” Seeing a picture of your best friend who's heavy-set and weighs apprx. 300 LBS, “Oh my God why is she so BIG?! (In disgust). She asks “Why don’t you have a job?” if you work “How much do you make?” When you are on the PC she’s constantly trying to see what you're typing and/or read your email. The new-agey parents who claim that I do owe her answesr to these intrusive questions, b/c she has a right to know why I don’t work (outside the home) or what meds I take. I tend to disagree b/c an adult asking me these things would get cussed out. Her father won't address it and says no counseling. How would you handle this?

Laptop lifespan?

Whats the average "lifespan" of an Apple laptop because I'm thinking of getting a new one?

P.S.- I use an Apple iBook G4 that was bought in the year 2003 but it runs on Mac OS X Tiger (i updated the OS)
